Refund policy
We do not offer change of mind refunds on any of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund of bonds
All bonds will be returned within 48 hours of pick up of goods and once an inspection is made. If there is any damage to the hire items, we will contact you within this 48 hours to discuss and may take a percentage or the whole of your bond.
