Handling times
Our handling time from receiving your order to packing and shipping is between 3-7days. 

Shipping 

W&C Party Co. has no responsibility of packages after they are handed over to Australia Post / Courier companies. We suggest using tracked postage to ensure you can follow up with your parcel if any issues arise. Fragile items are packed very well by us, but in the event they are damaged in transit we will take the matter up with the courier company and work with you to resolve the issue.
